How Real Bride Aiysha found her dream dress at The Boutique & Co and all the details from her London wedding!

One of the biggest perks from working with brides, is hearing back from them about their wedding day, how much they loved their dress and seeing all the photos from their celebration! We absolutely love when our real brides tell us stories and details from their special day. So we thought we would share them here as well and spread the love!

Aiysha got married last July, and visited us at The Boutique & Co nearly two years prior to pick out her wedding dress! Aiysha actually attended our Aire Barcelona Trunk Show to find her wedding dress, after she had looked into this brand and their designs. We had over 50 exclusive bridal gowns in our store for this event, so Aiysha had plenty of choice! Luckily, she fell in love with the ‘Neith’ wedding dress by Aire Barcelona, a stunning sheath-style wedding dress that combined simplicity and class – the perfect fit for a London wedding!

After having to postpone her London wedding four times due to covid, Aiysha was able to finally tie the knot in the dress of her dreams and we think she looked absolutely stunning!

We asked Aiysha some questions, so she could reveal all the details from her wedding day and how she chose her Aire Barcelona wedding dress!

Describe your bridal shopping experience with us

‘I had the best time looking for my dress when I came back in 2019. There was one brand, Aire Barcelona, which I was eyeing up and so booked in for the trunk show so I could see a lot of additional dresses that are not in store. I ended up falling in love with two dresses and finally managed to wear it almost 2 years later!’

What stood out for you during your bridal shopping experience at The Boutique & Co?

‘The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable throughout. Our appointment was early on a Sunday morning and so a cup of tea was much appreciated!’

Describe the moment you found your dream dress with us

‘I actually fell in love with 2 dresses on the day! Both were stunning but in the end I am so happy with my choice.’

What did your partner think of your dress? How did they react when they saw you in it for the first time?

‘I think he loved it! It was a surprise on the day as I wanted it to be and it was very special.’

What was your wedding day like?

‘We had our ceremony at Marylebone Town Hall and it was the hottest day of the year. We then hired out a room at Aubaine for dinner. It was quite simple and quite intimate I think we had 55 guests but it was one of the best days of my life.’

What was your favourite part of your wedding day?

‘I think hearing my husbands vows. He is usually not one for words but wow, the vows were something else. And also all the lovely speeches from our friends and family.’
