How Real Bride Rebecca found her dream dress at The Boutique & Co and all the details from her wedding day in Greece!
One of the biggest perks from working with brides, is hearing back from them about their wedding day, how much they loved their dress and seeing all the photos from their celebration! We absolutely love when our real brides tell us stories and details from their special day. So we thought we would share them here as well and spread the love!
Rebecca tied the knot Mamma Mia style with a beautiful Greek Island wedding in Spetses! She chose the ‘Lantana’ wedding dress, a popular peau d’ange voile design by Luna Novias. After visiting a few other stores and having no luck finding her perfect wedding dress, Rebecca found ‘the one’ under the careful guidance of our bridal stylist Sue!
Rebecca also purchased from us an elegant Victoria Millésime bridal hair accessory, to complete her look alongside her gorgeous veil. Rebecca’s wedding on the Greek island of Spetses was absolutely breathtaking and so dreamy, it looked like the ultimate summer beach wedding!

We asked Rebecca some questions so she could reveal all the dreamy details from her Greek wedding and how she chose her dress with us!
Describe your bridal shopping experience with us
‘After trying on about 15 dresses at 2 high end stores, I walked into The Boutique & Co knowing what I wanted and what would suit me. While I was disappointed that some of the ones I had asked to try on were not available, Sue found THE ONE. She suggested I try it on based on my criteria and even confirmed I could alter it to my preference of an open back. I left thrilled and had even saved a few £££. Afterwards, I had the pleasure of speaking to other ladies with post-purchase questions and updates and they answered me very quickly and were so helpful. Very happy customer!’
What stood out for you during your bridal shopping experience at The Boutique & Co?
‘How kind and experienced Sue was. I did not feel pressured or judged in any way and though I knew I had a time slot, it felt like I had all the time in the world to pick a very important dress with proper guidance and recommendations.’
Describe the moment you found your dream dress with us
‘The material was so lightweight, and the beading was so elegant. It was a no brainer that the Lantana from Luna Novias was perfect for my Greek island wedding.’
What did your partner think of your dress? How did they react when they saw you in it for the first time?
‘Walking down the aisle was quite emotional, but I was greeted by a huge smile. During the photoshoot post-ceremony he complimented my dress and look overall during our embrace.’
What was your wedding day like?
‘We had a bridal brunch at the hotel where I was staying, before getting ready which felt really special. The nerves kicked in during preparation but the team around me were so great. We had a photoshoot before meeting with my dad and getting on a small boat to the ceremony. Lots of tears were spilled but it was perfect! We joined the rest of the guests at the villa after more dreamy photos and entertained them with a dance (oriental!) The food was truly delicious and the cake even more so. A few drops of rain started to quieten the party slightly so I jumped into the pool to the song “It’s Raining Men” and others joined. We finished the night with the bouquet toss and more cocktails and dancing. It was perfect.’
What was your favourite part of your wedding day?
‘Seeing all our friends from different paths of life reunited in one place. We also viewed a surprise video montage of both our lives which was very emotional and beautiful.’

‘Panos Demiropoulos (with his wife Sophia and videographer Panagiotis).’
Where was the venue for your wedding day?
‘My summer villa in Spetses, Greece.’
