How Real Bride Charlotte found her dream wedding dress at The Boutique & Co and the details from her stunning central London wedding!
Our real bride Charlotte had a sophisticated central London wedding at Merchant Taylor’s Hall on the May bank holiday weekend. Being a central London store and almost all our team living in central London we have to admit we’re a bit biased towards London weddings, we love them! Charlotte wore a strapless A-line wedding dress that flattered her effortlessly with a lace bolero over the top which was perfectly delicately bridal but with sleeves to suit the fresher May weather.
Charlotte chose the elegant and simple Talaia wedding dress by Luna Novias, a classic A-line design that suits every bride.
We asked Charlotte some questions so she could tell us all about her wonderful wedding and how she chose her dress with us.
Describe your bridal shopping experience with us
Sam was so wonderful and knew exactly what I wanted without me even knowing! She made the experience so enjoyable and special.
What stood out for you during your bridal shopping experience at The Boutique & Co?
Sam had an eye for things that I didn’t even realise I wanted, and made my vision really come to life.
Describe the moment you found your dream dress with us
Sam asked me to try on a princess dress which I wasn’t sure was the style I wanted as I wanted lace, but when I tried it on I absolutely fell in love with the fit. Sam then suggested a lace bolero over the top so that I got my lace look and altogether it was perfection!
What was your wedding day like?
The most perfect day – from getting ready at The Ned, to the ceremony at St Etheldreda’s Church, to the reception at Merchant Taylor’s Hall, the whole thing went amazingly. The sun was shining, the aperols were flowing and everyone was so happy. People commented about how William and I didn’t stop smiling the entire day – I’m still smiling now!
