Do I need to book an appointment?

Yes, we are appointment based only.

How long is my appointment and do I have to pay?

Our Bridal and Bridesmaids appointments are 1h long. We charge a £20 appointment fee for bridal or bridesmaids dress appointments but if you order your dresses from us, this is deducted from your order total.

How many people can join my appointment?

This depends, for Bridal we allow two guests and for Bridesmaids we ask you to limited it to your Bridesmaids and you only.

How long in advance do I need to order?

Again this varies between brands. For bridesmaids dresses most of our suppliers work to a 3-4 month lead time and you’ll want time for the alterations to be done so we’d recommend around 6-8 months before the wedding though if you order them earlier that is no bad thing! Most brands will do a rush order but expect this to cost more. We do have a small selection which can be turned around quicker.

Do you allow pictures? 

Unfortunately, at the request of some of our designers, we don’t allow pictures to be taken in-store. If you have someone who you would like to help you choose your dress but cannot attend the appointment we recommend you let them know the appointment time so you can FaceTime them from the appointment if you find a dress that you love.

Do you accept returns?

All our are Items made to order and are non refundable.

Do you serve bubbles?

We don’t have bubbles during the appointment in order to safely protect our dresses – however after your appointment we do invite you to enjoy a glass of bubbles on us next door at Kendrick’s Wine Merchant to deliberate or celebrate your dress appointment.
